Proficient in the use of computers, database and spreadsheet applications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, parents, support personnel, and counselors. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities related to assignment. Ability to carry out job responsibilities and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimum supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to answer a telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
Job Summary:
To support the High School's Guidance Program with scheduling and registration operations in order to effectively meet student needs and satisfy school, district, and state requirements.
Qualifications:
1. A.A. Degree preferred or experience in creating a Master Schedule with Considerable knowledge of courses (Department of Education Course Code Directory) offered at secondary level schools. 2. Knowledge of
T.E.R.M.S.
/ CrossPointe procedures for creating courses and entering student schedules. 3. Satisfactory clearance of a Criminal History Records check and Drug Screening.

Confidential/Managerial. Pay Grade A. Two hundred fifty days worked per year (12 months). FLSA Non-Exempt.
