They work closely with our independent Insurance Agents ensuring they have all their questions answered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth workflow across departments. All roles are paid, including internships, and offer valuable experience in office management and administrative support. Responsibilities Manage a ticket system by providing exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette when it applies. Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records. Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Performs audits on production submitted by our agents Proficient at PowerPoint Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk operations. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
