KeyStaff, Inc. - Department of Military Affairs (DMA) Resource Management Division (RMD) - Camp Blanding, Florida .Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hourSchedule:
Part-Time, approximately 18-24 hours per week .Position Overview:
KeyStaff, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support the Resource Management Division (RMD) at the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Camp Blanding. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. .Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to routine inquiries.
- Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and records.
- Enter and maintain information in computer systems and spreadsheets.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other office documents.
- Assist with data entry and document processing.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files.
- Assist staff with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to employees, visitors, and department personnel.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude.
