The position will be at our Stuart clinic at 2836 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994. We are a rapidly growing, private practice dedicated 100% to the care and treatment of male and female pelvic floor conditions. We have multiple locations in Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, Stuart, and Pembroke Pines, Florida. Pelvic Health Solutions (www.phsfl.com) emphasizes a strong evidence-based care clinical model where all patients are seen in a spa-like setting for a full hour by their therapist. Our emphasis on teamwork, compassion, and personal growth allows us to partner with and develop the best team members. We seek a personable, energetic, front desk team member interested in joining and growing with our practice. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management. Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for various office management tasks. Support the team with clerical duties and maintain an organized office environment. Assist with basic aspects of the billing process. Convert patient referrals and inbound calls into scheduled patients. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of office operations.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, including answering phones and interacting with patients. Strong customer service experience with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with patients and team members. Provide support for office operations, including ordering supplies and managing laundry services. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience using Prompt - electronic medical record (EMR) system (preferred but not required). Knowledge of medical billing software (preferred but not required).
