Right now we need a part-time Assistant Organizer, but the goal is to develop this person into a Project Lead over time. You'll be working directly with clients in their homes, so professionalism and discretion are a must. If you're someone who gets genuinely excited about a well-organized pantry or a functional closet system, you'll fit right in. Pay $25-$35/hour based on experience Responsibilities On-Site Project Support Assist in decluttering, sorting items, and categorizing belongings Help design and implement organizing systems tailored to each client Label, style, and arrange items to create polished, functional spaces Pack/unpack client items during moves or home transitions Maintain a clean and orderly work environment throughout each project Operational & Prep Work Prepare organizing supplies, bins, and labels before sessions Track inventory of materials and restock when needed Assist with measuring spaces, taking notes, and capturing before/after photos Client Interaction Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in clients' homes Respect confidentiality and handle client belongings with care Follow instructions from the lead organizer and support their workflow Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a natural eye for organization Comfort working in clients' homes (including closets, kitchens, garages, etc.) Ability to lift items up to ~25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and transportation to client sites across Miami Prior experience in organizing, home services, retail merchandising, or personal assisting is a plus but not required Who You Are You love order, aesthetics, and clean spaces You enjoy helping people and working with your hands You have a calm, supportive presence You take direction well but can also work independently You show up on time and take pride in high-quality work Schedule Part-time, flexible hours Mostly weekdays with occasional weekends Schedule varies based on client bookings; we will coordinate in advance To Apply Send a short intro and any relevant experience to
