The Service Support Associate supports the efforts designated day-to-day operations of Company's Service Techanics. This position will be on site at 2640 Locust St., Nashville, TN 37207. This position will report to the Service Office Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

Providing assistance with work order requests, invoice copies, and maintaining equipment records with the Regional Service Manager, Field and In House Service Technicians and all other personnel. Inputting Service billing, labor hours. Answering incoming calls and return missed calls and voicemails in a timely manner. Completing weekly and month-end reports.

Financial Duties:

expense reports, processing payments, billing, payroll, purchasing. Ordering and Maintaining Office Supplies. Your Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-year minimum experience with Service Billing, including adding labor hours for invoicing. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet and ability to learn new software packages) Solid organizational and time management skills Must speak, read and write English.
