Who We Are Looking For:

We are a multiple award winning Fitness studio in Roswell for women and men who are 50 and over. We have a fun and safe environment to explore your passion for fitness and perfect the craft of inspiring others. We lead small group sessions as well as one on one sessions to help our clients transform their bodies and work around their injuries. Our clients appreciate our high reward, low risk exercise program that transforms lives. Our vision is to inspire our clients to reach their God given potential through fitness and wellness.
Qualifications:
Community Involvement:
Minimum 10 charitable or community volunteer hours within the last 12 months.
Experience:
At least 2 years in the fitness or related industry. Must be able to demonstrate management and leadership ability.
Sparkling Personality:
Charismatic, approachable, and a natural motivator.
Knowledge:
Know your stuff! Basic fitness equipment knowledge and CPR/AED certification (or a superhero cape).
Can-Do Attitude:
Juggling? Multitasking? Bring it on! You're the superhero with the invisible cape.
Team Player:
Military experience, Athletic experience are pluses.
Schedule Flexibility:
Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours, as needed.
Compensation:
The right candidate will earn $20 to $22 per hour plus commissions, incentives and bonus if all goals are met. Complimentary Fitness Membership while employed. Employee Retail Discounts. This position starts at 30 hours a week with an opportunity to grow to 40 hours a week. Hours required can be as early as 6am and as late as 7pm. Saturday morning coverage as needed. Ready to Chat?
