Job Description
Duties Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages accurately Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry, proofread documents, and handle correspondence with attention to detail Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and collaboration Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed Support personal assistant tasks for executives or team members as required Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a minimum of two years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic computer literacy Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and calendar management Knowledge of clerical procedures including typing speed and accuracy Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Pay:
