This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both clinical and administrative functions. You will be the friendly face patients see first, guiding them through their visit while ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the overall success of our practice. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify appointments, and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. Manage patient intake by collecting accurate medical histories, updating personal information, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Assist chiropractors with clinical duties such as taking vital signs, and preparing patients for treatment. Support clinical staff with basic procedures including X-ray setup, documentation, and maintaining cleanliness of treatment areas. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to accurately document patient encounters, update records, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient correspondence, and processing insurance claims. Experience Prior experience in a healthcare setting such as chiropractic clinics, hospital medicine, urgent care centers, or outpatient clinics is highly preferred. Experience with EHR systems and medical administrative support ensures smooth workflow management. Working within ChiroTouch software for scheduling, documentation support, insurance and patient management is preferred Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient service while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced settings.
