Typical assignments may include:

Coordines with a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional to plan time and use assigned resources to accomplish tasks. Performs various management and administrive services/functions in support of the organizion's administrive programs, policies and procedures. Uses various office automion software programs, dabases, spreadsheets, etc. Inities personnel actions into the Federal Personnel/Payroll System (FPPS), which includes MPP announcements and administrive actions. Collects and analyzes da and conducts research. Contributes to staffing KSN site. Maintains internal reports on personnel stistics such as on-board numbers and hiring projections. Conducts internal orientions for Engineering Services' new hires including badging and providing assistance on standard office procedures as well as stus tracking, reporting of da, pre-onboard actions, etc. The incumbent handles special assignments of a confidential nure discretely, ensuring informion and actions are accure, timely, applicable, maintained on a need-to-know bases and security stored. Communices with ATO Administrive Services Group to accomplish assigned functions. Performs basic assignments with detailed instructions under the close direction of a manager, AO focal, or more experienced professional. Performs other reled duties as assigned. Contacts are primarily internal to the organizional unit with a manager and other employees to share informion, provide da and/or written analyses, and discuss the stuses of assignments. Established policies/procedures provide detailed guidance for almost all assignments, with little or no room for discretion. Works under detailed instructions provided by a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Regularly refers problems and work issues to a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional for guidance. Work is reviewed regularly during assignments and completion to ensure timeliness and all aspects of quality. Work activities typically support the work of other employees and contribute to activities of the organizional level.

Qualificions To qualify for this position the FV-F/FG/GS-5-9, you must demonstre in your applicion th you possess one-year specialized experience equivalent to the

level in Federal service. Specialized experience is experience th has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience may include but not limited to applying administrive practices and procedures, ghering administrive and technical da from a variety of sources, and assisting with managing projects and programs. OR Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, gained from an accredited college or university OR Combinion of educion and experience may be qualifying for this position. To qualify for FV-G band you must demonstre in your applicion th you possess least one year of experience equivalent to the
FV-F, FG/GS-5-9
levels. Specialized experience is experience th has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience may include but is not limited to: Conducting research and applying policies and procedures; identifies problems and offers solutions to management.
