Full Job Description Overview:
The Resident Retention Coordinator's responsibility is to build a healthy rapport between the office and residents by providing remarkable customer service. The Resident Coordinator will manage all communication flow as it relates to reoccurring work orders, resident dissatisfaction and will assist the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.Responsibilities:
Handle all related correspondence with rapid response, courtesy, and accuracy that our residents have come to expect. Must be able to live on site. Follow up on all pending work orders to confirm the completion and resident satisfaction. Submit work order requests and expedite all emergencies to the Service team. Schedule appointments to walk the units of reoccurring service requests and coordinate with the Service team. Attend and promote Resident events. Complete follow up calls for all new move-ins by working the 2233 program and documenting all correspondence in Onesite. Assist the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with meeting and/or exceeding daily activities. Retain residents Deliver customer service to community residents. Attend and promote Resident Social Events. Interact with all Residents, staff, clients, vendor in a professional and courteous manner. Utilize the 2233 program to make constant contact with residents.
