Full Job Description About Us:
The Alfa Company proudly serves the community through two key services — immigration assistance and a trusted driving school. We are currently looking for a dependable and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support both areas of our business and provide a welcoming experience for all our clients.
Position Overview:
As the front desk Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our office. You will assist with both our immigration office and driving school operations, handling client interactions, scheduling, and administrative support — all while delivering excellent bilingual customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for both the immigration and driving school services Translate documents and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients Answer calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support Maintain an organized and professional front office environment
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools) Previous experience in a receptionist, secretary, or customer service role is a plus
