Front Office Coordinator We are seeking a dedicated and skilled bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join our Neurosurgeon healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, medical administrative support, with excellent customer service and communication skills. The candidate must be organized, kind, dependable, an energetic team player, a multitasker, professional appearance and self motivated to join our growing practice. EMR experiences a plus, preferably Athena. The Front Office Coordinator will work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional phone etiquette Insurance verification Chart prep and triage patient accounts for various needs Checking patients in & out Maintain accurate data entry Maintain Front Office Supply Scheduling and confirming appointments Maintaining referrals from other practices Cross-Train to assist various departments as needed Collecting copays, deductible, co-ins, patient back balance Collaborate with the providers, surgery scheduler, back office and prior authorization department Ensure the reception area reflects a high standard of organization and professionalism Requirements Ability to multitask Naturally welcoming and positive energy Strong attention to detail Professional, polished communication style High level of personal accountability Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities with patients Organized, dependable, and proactive Knowledge of Commercial Insurance plans, Medicare & Medicaid Knowledge of deductibles, copays & co-insurance Competitive salary and benefits provided

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
