Personal Assistant

I am currently looking for an ideal fit, preferably full time, or possibly someone wanting to start part time. I appreciate experience but ability and willingness to learn goes a long way. Dependable and punctual is a must. Reliable transportation a must. Living in close proximity preferred. The following tasks are part of my daily routine: Know the ins and outs of Excel, Word, Acrobat and Photo Shop Being familiar with Quick Books accounting program. Assisting with new customers, keeping track of "to do" jobs, completed jobs as well as whether completed jobs have paid. Assisting my marketing campaigns; Yelp, Kudzu, Google, Facebook, directories, etc. as well as requesting customer reviews after we complete jobs. Running errands; picking up/returning packages, grocery shopping, etc. Marketing skills of any type are a plus Computer/Internet skills a must Photo/video editing skills (used for Youtube, ads, Tik Tok reels, etc.) Help keep up with my various schedules Send Contracts/Invoices to customers and insurance adjusters Make customer service calls to vendors I use Some domestic help around house Open bills and be sure they are being paid or everything stays on autopay, etc. (I have a lot of accounts) We are first responders during the big hurricanes and natural disasters so occasional travel will be likely at those times. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 45.0 per week
