September 22nd We are seeking detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistants to support a large-scale elections project focused on absentee voting operations. In this role, you'll help ensure accurate voter records, support public outreach efforts, process documents, and provide exceptional customer service to voters and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative, data entry, and customer service skills who enjoy organized, mission-driven work. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate voter and election records Process, scan, file, and organize confidential election-related documents Answer incoming calls and assist voters with general questions and requests Support voter registration activities and documentation processing Conduct outreach and education efforts related to voting programs and services Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to track information and generate reports Verify information for accuracy and completeness Assist with special projects and administrative duties as assigned Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Qualifications Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience Strong data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfortable working with confidential information
