Oversee employee housing logistics including purchasing and delivering necessary furnishings and daily living essentials and managing regular utility bill payments for company-provided housing. Overview We are seeking a well-organized and dependable Office Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for our U.S. office. In this role, you will keep our daily operations running smoothly across facility management, travel logistics, and administrative accounting. Responsibilities 1. Facility & Accommodation Management Manage general office operations by purchasing and restocking essential office supplies, handling routine utility bill payments, and occasionally stocking pantry refreshments. Oversee employee housing logistics including purchasing and delivering necessary furnishings and daily living essentials and managing regular utility bill payments for company-provided housing. 2. Corporate Vehicle & Travel Logistics Handle vehicle management tasks, including tracking purchase/lease agreements, organizing maintenance costs, and monitoring repair status. Coordinate business travel arrangements, including booking and confirming flights, hotels, and rental vehicles. 3. Banking & Expense Administration Handle routine banking tasks, including processing various deposits and withdrawals, and assisting newly relocated employees from Korea with opening bank accounts. Manage and track business-related expense records. 4.
General Administrative Support External & Partner Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, legal counsel, industry associations, and government agencies, handling routine business correspondence, document coordination, and official inquiries.
Workforce Compliance & E-Verify:
Manage the company's E-Verify system enrollment and user administration, and process employment verification checks for newly deployed personnel—including reviewing and verifying compliance documentation requested from staffing agencies and partner contractors—to ensure full regulatory and project compliance.
Provide Initial Settlement Support:
Assist employees transferring from Korea with initial settlement processes, including SSN (Social Security Number) applications, driver's license applications, and related paperwork.
Documentation & Approval Workflow:
Prepare supporting documents, draft paperwork, and secure necessary approvals from management for all administrative processes.
Record Management:
Maintain organized, accurate records and archiving systems for all operational and business outputs.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
