Bedrock Countertops is seeking a professional, customer-focused Showroom Reception & Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for sales and customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding client experience while supporting our sales team with administrative tasks that help move projects from inquiry to completion. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to contribute to the overall success of the showroom. While prior countertop experience is not required, previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is strongly preferred. We provide comprehensive training on our products, materials, and processes. Key Responsibilities Reception & Customer Experience Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Greet every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, creating an exceptional first impression. Assist walk-in customers by introducing Bedrock Countertops' products and services. Schedule appointments and assist with general customer inquiries. Maintain a positive customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Sales Support Support showroom sales representatives with administrative and clerical tasks. Assist with preparing quotes, contracts, and project documentation. Follow up with customers regarding estimates, contracts, appointments, and outstanding items. Enter and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM. Help ensure sales opportunities are properly documented and communicated. Assist with payment collection and invoice processing when needed. Showroom & Client Assistance Guide customers through the showroom by introducing various countertop materials, colors, finishes, and edge profiles. Learn Bedrock's product offerings and confidently answer basic questions regarding materials and services. Help clients feel comfortable and informed while supporting the sales team throughout the selection process. Maintain showroom displays, sample organization, marketing materials, and presentation areas. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate customer records and project files. Assist with contracts, document organization, and electronic filing. Perform general office tasks including scanning, printing, data entry, and correspondence. Support daily office operations as needed. Showroom Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment at all times. Ensure displays remain dust-free, stocked, and visually appealing. Monitor showroom sample inventory and notify management when replacements are needed. Take pride in the overall appearance of the showroom and reception area. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales support, reception, or administrative roles preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. A sales-minded attitude with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service. Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment.
