Job Description:
The Administrative Associate provides clerical and operational support by managing data entry, filing, correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation. This position assists employees, customers, and management while maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information professionally. Successful candidates must be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proficient with standard office software.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general correspondence. Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records. Create, edit, and format letters, reports, forms, and other documents using Microsoft Word. Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, including data entry, formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize appointments, and coordinate email communications through Microsoft Outlook. Prepare professional presentations and meeting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint. Use Microsoft Teams to schedule virtual meetings, communicate with employees, and share files. Maintain shared documents and departmental files using SharePoint or OneDrive. Prepare reports, track information, and update databases as requested by management. Organize files and handle confidential information appropriately. Assist customers, employees, and management with administrative requests. Order office supplies and support additional clerical and operational duties as assigned.
