This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow in a professional law firm environment. What you'll do Open and set up new matters in our case management system Receive, sort, and process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS) Print, assemble, and ship legal documents and visa application packets Monitor office conditions and coordinate with building management and vendors for maintenance Manage office supplies and equipment Assist with client invoicing, payment tracking, and billing records Upload and organize case documents; support case managers with administrative tasks What we're looking for Korean/English bilingual fluency required Prior administrative or office experience required; law firm experience strongly preferred Immigration experience a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with case management systems and Microsoft Office Professional, discreet, and team-oriented Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance and HSA 22 days PTO annually to start, increasing with tenure 401(k) coming soon To apply, please send your resume to .
