General Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director.
Primary Job Function:
Create the best possible first impression for our patients and potential patients, both in person and on the phone Administrative work including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling, answering billing and service
  • related questions, collecting payment for services and/or products, sending and receiving faxes, and other duties assigned by providers or managers Contact patients regarding the scheduling of follow-up visits and procedures, as outlined in the Treatment Plan Update patient chart notes and files in EMR as needed Work with multiple providers to ensure proper patient flow and practice efficiency Learn and administer both attended and unattended therapies Exhibit the use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and teamwork in all aspects of work Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and learning sessions Actively participate in quality improvement processes while being open to ongoing changes Keep all protected health information (PHI) confidential and abide by HIPAA guidelines for the release and disclosure of any PHI Consolidate banking on a monthly basis for services paid for via cash or check and reconcile these transactions in
Quickbooks Required Skills:
Experience in sales, customer service administration or medical office preferred 1 year of customer service experience preferred Must be a team player
  • be wiling to help support other departments when needed 1 year of experience working within an integrative medicine clinic preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Document management and excellent organizational skills Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task effectively Previous experience with an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system and working in an EHR environment Commitment to Alternative Healing Modalities and Elite Personalized Medicine clinic's values and mission Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks preferred Part-time/Full-time at our Dacula location : 3625 Braselton Hwy Suite 204 Dacula, GA 30019.
