Who:
A well-established financial and estate planning firm is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to support client account administration, paperwork processing, and day-to-day office operations.
What:
This role will assist with account paperwork, client account transfers, Schwab-related documentation, tax document organization, and general administrative support.
When:
Immediate opening.
Where:
Sandy Springs, Georgia - In-office environment.

Office Environment:

Compensation:
$35,000 - $45,000 base salary plus benefits allowance.
Benefits:
Up to approximately $400 per pay period allowance for healthcare or personal benefit expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and track client account paperwork and transfers
  • Assist with IRA beneficiary and account forms
  • Coordinate Schwab-related account documentation
  • Review trade confirmations and account activity
  • Assist with preliminary tax document organization including W-2s and 1099s
  • Answer phones and support client communication
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative and office support
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of administrative or financial services experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Charles Schwab platform is a plus
  • No degree required
  • Trainable opportunity with growth potential
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
