Administrative & HR Manager About Us Northeast Fire-Rescue is a professional EMS and fire staffing agency dedicated to providing skilled and dependable emergency service personnel to departments and organizations across the region. Our mission is to support communities with reliable responders while upholding the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks that keep our EMS and fire staffing operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with administrative experience—especially in EMS, fire service, or healthcare staffing—who values flexibility and meaningful work Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to Administrative & HR Manager & CEO Assist with scheduling interviews on ADP & Microsoft Office Assist with scheduling monthly leadership meetings Upload certifications to ADP (EMT, Paramedic, Firefighter, CPR, etc.) and file accordingly in SharePoint Communicate with staff and clients professionally via phone, email, and text Support onboarding: verify credentials, coordinate background checks, process paperwork Assist in ordering office supplies and uniforms; picking up Assist in monthly audits Required Administrative or office management experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team Able to handle confidential information with discretion Preferred EMS/fire service knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and SharePoint Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or equivalent inBook-Keeping or Medical Billing Work Environment & Schedule Role:
In-office Part-Time Hours:
12 hours/week (flexible, typically 4 hours/day) Occasional after-hours communication for urgent staffing needs may be required Compensation $25/hour Part-time benefits include Part Time Sick Leave and a 401kBenefits
