Summary:
We are currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our busy practice! eClinical experience is highly desired, along with the ability to help in other locations when needed. What You'll Do:
Manage payer and facility credentialing and maintain provider information on payer portals. Troubleshoot EMR software issues and coordinate with vendors for IT, software, and facility maintenance. Order office and medical supplies and maintain inventory. Generate reports and create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects. Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle business correspondence. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience , preferably in a healthcare or medical practice setting. Experience with payer and facility credentialing is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and trustworthy, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
