What You'll Do As a Business Office Assistant at OrthoAtlanta, you'll:
Patient Check-In/Check-Out :
Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registration
Insurance & Payments :
Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, post payments, and prepare daily deposit reports
Chart Management :
Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next-day services
Cash Handling :
Create and balance cashier reports, ensure accuracy in daily reconciliation
Team Support :
