Administrative Assistant (107502) We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our client with day-to-day office operations at their local electrical company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support. Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm Location Kailua-Kona, Big Island Pay $25 an hour Responsibilities Prepare purchase orders and assist with inventory procurement. Coordinate inbound freight and delivery logistics. Process daily bank deposits and non-inventory invoices. Support inventory control through cycle counts, adjustments, and discrepancy resolution. Allocate freight costs and verify customer invoices for accuracy. Maintain electronic records, branch documentation, and vehicle compliance files. Assist with safety documentation and administrative compliance. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Provide general administrative support to branch staff and assist with daily office operations. Perform other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented. Previous experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus. Experience in the construction, electrical, or trades industry is a plus but not required. Must have a reliable form of transportation.
