Office Administrative Assistant

We are a family run business seeking a motivated and friendly Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly administrative assistant to join our team and help us continue providing outstanding service to our clients. Immediate opening for Office Administrative Assistant with busy HVAC company: Paid hourly and weekly Full health and dental benefits within 30 days or less Vacation pay after 6 months

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and dispatch Filing and answering phones Creating work orders/invoices in program software Job costing receipts

Qualified Applicant Must:

Be able to work independently Be able to follow directions easily Must be reliable and available from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday Previous construction office experience is a plus

Starting Pay:
