As the Principal's Secretary, you'll be the go-to problem-solver, relationship-builder, and organizational guru who keeps our school humming. If you love juggling priorities, collaborating with passionate educators, and greeting everyone with a smile, we want you! What You'll Do Your Superpowers How You'll Use Them Executive Support Manage the principal's calendar, draft correspondence & reports, and keep confidential information secure. Office & Visitor Hub Welcome families, students, and community members; handle phones and email; issue student passes—always with warmth and professionalism. Financial Accuracy Process activity-fund deposits, maintain ledgers, and reconcile monthly statements to account for every dollar. Resource Coordination Order textbooks, classroom materials, and office supplies; track inventory and ensure timely distribution. Facilities & Security Maintain an organized filing system and oversee the distribution of building keys. Data & Records Update attendance and student records, prepare state/federal reports, and keep digital files tidy and accessible. Team Flexibility Jump in wherever needed—event logistics, emergency drills, or the occasional playlist—because we're all on the same team. What Makes You a Great FitOrganization Master:

You build rapport quickly and communicate gracefully, even on the busiest days.Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), basic accounting software, and student-information systems (jmc a plus).Financially Minded:
