Seasonal Administrative Support SpecialistSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Hours:
35-40 hours/week

Now through at least the end of June (potentially into July)Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Seasonal Administrative Support Specialist to assist our client's team supporting peak spring/summer demand. This is a temporary role supporting logistics, HR, and purchasing functions in a laid‑back, casual office environment. The day‑to‑day work will vary based on business needs, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning processes quickly, and taking ownership of their work.

This role is ideal for someone who can be shown a process, ask good questions, and then run with it—while knowing support is available when needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high‑volume data entry and complete administrative formsSend documentation to vendors and customersMatch invoices for services rendered and paidAssist with a recurring vendor credit report processSupport logistics, HR, and purchasing teams with various administrative and ad‑hoc tasksReview information for accuracy and consistency; flag items that 'don't look right'Why This Role?
