Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets, databases, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with precision Handle correspondence through word processing, email communication, and proofreading to ensure clarity and professionalism Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to support quick retrieval of documents and records Assist with office management duties including supply ordering, inventory tracking, and general administrative support Provide customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, supporting client communication, and offering support via phone or in person Skills Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation, spreadsheets, and communication Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or technical tools such as QuickBooks for financial management Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading, data entry, filing, and document management Effective multi-tasking abilities with time management skills that prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette skills using multi-line phone systems for professional communication Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs and enhance team collaboration Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on customer support and clerical tasks Join us to be part of a lively team where your organizational talents make a real impact!
