This is a dual-role position that sits at the center of our service operation. You'll be responsible for driving appointments, creating opportunity, and ensuring warranty dollars are collected accurately and efficiently . If you can handle a fast-paced environment, communicate with confidence, and take pride in doing things the right way—we want you on our team.

What You'll Own:

Service BDC

• Drive the Business Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls, texts, and online leads Set and confirm appointments with urgency and accuracy Follow up relentlessly on missed appointments and declined work Keep the service schedule full and productive Create a strong first impression for every guest interaction Warranty Administration
• Protect the Business Submit clean, timely warranty claims Ensure technician stories, coding, and documentation are complete and correct Track and follow up on unpaid claims—no money left behind Stay current on GM warranty policies and compliance standards Work closely with advisors and techs to eliminate errors and delays
