Job Description

Administrative Assistant We are a fast-growing company in the technology and security sector specializing in fire alarm, access control, CCTV, data/communications, and automation systems . We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, project coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members Schedule service calls, inspections, meetings, and technician appointments Assist with work orders, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation Maintain customer records, job files, permits, inspection reports, and service documentation Coordinate with field technicians, project managers, and office staff to support daily operations Track materials, parts, deliveries, and vendor orders as needed Assist with data entry, filing, document management, and general office organization Support billing, collections, payroll documentation, and other administrative tasks as assigned Help ensure deadlines, appointments, and customer requests are handled promptly Qualifications Previous administrative, office, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and basic office software Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Professional attitude and willingness to learn Experience in construction, technology, security, fire alarm, or service-based industries is a plus but not required What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company Supportive team environment Steady work in an essential and growing industry Competitive pay based on experience Training and advancement opportunities Job Type Full-time Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
