Office Assistant

Job Summary:

Assist in day to day functions of the business.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Invoicing and Accounts Receivable. Assist with Part Sales and Shipping. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Knowledge of office related computer software (ERP, Spreadsheets, Word Processing)

Education and Experience:

Education in Business, or related field and/or experience equivalency.
