Job Description

Dealership:
L0652 Iowa Finance Center Dealership Admin Assistant The Dealership Admin performs a variety of administrative tasks for the purpose of supporting financial processing and control efforts. This role reports to the Business Manager. Logistics In-person at dealership Monday
  • Friday 8:30 am
  • 5pm Pay $17
  • 19/hr Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the dealership office, managers, and accounting team Maintain organized filing systems (deal jackets, contracts, inventory records, etc.) Handle basic customer service issues and escalate when needed Checks in Titles
  • Receives (in Mail), documents receipt in internal data warehouse, distributes title documentation Review deal jackets for accuracy, ensuring all paperwork (contracts, financing, DMV docs) is complete Perform data entry for vehicle sales, service tickets, and customer information Assist with scheduling (meetings, interviews, service appointments) Assists with preparation of paperwork of sales transactions Routes invoices for processing Help with accounts payable/receivable tasks (invoicing, receipts, basic reconciliations) Other projects as assigned Skills and Qualifications Sense of urgency Excellent communication Strong attention to detail (critical for deals and DMV work) Time Management Ability to prioritize work General familiarity with using office equipment General familiarity with using MS Office Suite General knowledge of using computers Prior office experience preferred, but not required Competencies Does the right thing, takes action and adapts to change Self-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through Believes in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve results Thrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Pay range $14.
