The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within technical writing, communications, or marketing fields. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish more complicated goals. Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Bluebeam and other programs to accomplish work. Manager of Administrative Department personnel in office. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Site Safety, Health, and Environment Representative. Includes being the Office Safety Liaison responsible for creating Safe Work Plans for Office Projects. Support Administrative staff in Preparation of proposals and business development documents as well as Technical Specifications and Reports with information provided by technical staff. Administrative Assistant support for Office Manager. Assist with Contract Development with information provided by Office Manager. Completes payables for office expenses using corporate procedures with support of Office Manager.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma + 6 Years of Relevant Experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Valid Driver's License Preferred Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Professional Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of office equipment (such as phones, printers, and scanners) Proven experience as an administrative assistant Knowledge of office management and procedures Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Work experience in engineering, construction, or transportation industries preferred. Working knowledge of InDesign software is a plus! Additional Information This role does not provide Visa sponsorship and will not in the future. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $30 to $39. About
