Waterloo, IA University Chiropractic, P.C. is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk / Clerical Assistant to join our established chiropractic practice. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our patients and supporting smooth daily office operations. About Us University Chiropractic, P.C. is a patient‑focused chiropractic clinic dedicated to providing high‑quality care in a professional, upbeat environment. We value teamwork, excellent service, and clear communication. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check‑in/check‑out Collect payments and handle basic billing and clerical tasks Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with insurance paperwork and general office correspondence Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and presentable Support the healthcare team with day‑to‑day administrative needs Qualifications Prior front desk, clerical, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment Basic computer skills; experience with medical office software a plus Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented Schedule & Compensation Part‑time or full‑time positions available Competitive pay based on experience Consistent hours in a supportive, team‑oriented workplace Why Join University Chiropractic, P.C.?
