Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our Leadership Team. This role requires the ability to work with highly confidential company, employee, and client information and ensure that all data is protected, properly managed, and not disclosed to unauthorized individuals. Job Duties Include Provide business and administrative support Handling information requests Maintains department organization, maintaining filing systems and providing general office support Prioritize work and ensure proper focus and progress on tasks and projects Utilize Microsoft Office programs to enhance recordkeeping, reporting, calendar scheduling, and information management Maintain various tracking documents in support of department processes, following up as necessary Coordinate and place orders for office and operational supplies, including traveling locally to pick up necessary items when required. All other duties as assigned Required Qualifications-Skills Excellent Communication and Organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel Exceptional attendance, dependability, punctuality, and professional track record Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality while supporting administrative and operational functions. Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or related office experience 3 years of experience in Microsoft Programs Full-Time On-Site Monday-Friday- 8am-4:30am
