Administrative Assistant Turn Right Serivces Boise, ID Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets Administrative experience High school diploma or GED QuickBooks Organizational skills Quality data entry Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations with a strong focus on Accounts Payable functions. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, supporting vendor communications, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working with financial documents while providing excellent internal and external customer service. Responsibilities Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness. Receive, review, and process receipts turned in by internal team Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation Support client communication by providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or in person. Maintain organized AP files and documentation Coordinate with team members on administrative projects and provide personal assistant support as needed to enhance overall productivity. Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of administrative assistant, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills as well as organization and attention to detail Previous experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not required.
