Job Description
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Boise. This role will provide day-to-day office support while assisting the CFO and executive leadership team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information in a fast-paced professional environment.
Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, visitors, and incoming calls.
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and agendas, take notes as needed, and track action items.
Prepare, proofread, and organize reports, spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
Handle confidential company, financial, personnel, and operational information with discretion.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, UPS shipments, office supplies, and general office coordination.
Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, document organization, and recordkeeping.
Support special projects and additional administrative needs for executive leadership.
Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front-office environment.
