Strong organizational and computer skills desired. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word. Duties include assisting the Project Manager with administrative duties, answering the phone/responding to emails, taking service calls from tenants, dispatching service calls to building HVAC technicians, entering service calls into a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), changing statuses of work orders in the CMMS, running reports through the maintenance management system, and compiling monthly report documentation to be provided to the customer. Additional duties consist of quote/invoice preparation, subcontractor interfacing, parts/materials ordering, etc. . Must be cleared for work in the United States and capable of successfully completing a Federal background check. Place of employment will be the James McClure Federal Building in Boise, ID.
