Administrative Support Location:
Pocatello, ID Compensation:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Classification:
Full-Time | Non-Exempt We're seeking a highly organized and service-focused Administrative Support Professional to join our Pocatello team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting others, managing multiple priorities, and helping an office operate efficiently and professionally every day. What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in supporting Partners, staff, and office operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate schedules, calendars, meetings, and administrative requests for Partners and internal teams Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain documents and records Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, reservations, and itineraries Assist with onboarding and training administrative team members Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timely completion Support office operations, including maintenance coordination, equipment management, and operational improvements Monitor and maintain office supply inventory Provide exceptional service and support to staff, clients, and visitors Assist with firm initiatives and special projects Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed What Success Looks Like at Cooper Norman At Cooper Norman, we look for team members who embody our values and contribute positively to our culture. Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
1-3 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a professional services environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to providing exceptional client service Work Schedule This position is generally scheduled: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST Seasonal schedules include: January-April (Busy Season): 42-45 hours per week
May-Early August:
32-36 hours per week
Late August-October Tax Deadlines:
Additional hours may be required
November-December:
