Tilley and Lincoln Pllc is a CPA firm serving main street businesses in the Magic Valley area. Job Summary We're looking for a charismatic, upbeat, independent, skilled Administrative Assistant who loves to help people! Our clients come from all walks of life and keep our days from becoming boring. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, manage front desk operations, and support various administrative tasks. During the summer, we'll train you on some light bookkeeping and payroll to help you grow. Responsibilities Greeting clients and answering incoming phone calls Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar Sorting and distributing mail and other correspondence Assist partners in organizing and managing workload in office. Assist with monthly billings Receive and post client payments. Logging, scanning, and organizing incoming documents Complete final assembly of financial statements and tax returns for deliver to clients. Maintain and update client records as needed Monitor and manage office supply inventory Look for ways to improve client service and improve office efficiency.
Our ideal candidate has:
High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred) 1+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office, able to move around the computer quickly Attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Able to adapt to changing procedures/priorities Knowledge of basic accounting or tax terminology is a plus Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
