Join a Team That Keeps Operations Running Smoothly We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Print & Administrative Floater to support business operations throughout the Aurora area and surrounding suburbs. This role will begin by providing coverage for a two-week employee vacation, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term temp-to-hire position supporting multiple locations. What You'll Do:
In this role, you will provide administrative, print, and mailroom support across various client locations, including: Operating and managing high-volume print, copy, scanning, and document production projects Preparing, organizing, and distributing printed materials Handling incoming and outgoing mail and package processing Supporting document filing, record maintenance, and data entry Assisting with office coordination and general administrative tasks Maintaining office equipment and escalating service needs when necessary Providing professional customer service to employees and visitors Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assignments Traveling between client sites as needed to provide coverage and support What We're Looking For Previous administrative, office support, print services, mailroom, or clerical experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and adapt to different office environments Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between Aurora and surrounding suburban locations Why This Opportunity?
