Construction Admin Location:
Batavia, Illinois Job Type:
Full-Time Pay Rate:
$23.00 - $25.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) About the Role PrideStaff is seeking an organized, detail-oriented office professional to support new construction projects, garage door installations, and property management accounts for a client in the Batavia area. This position serves as a key administrative anchor and point of contact between customers, property managers, construction supervisors, installers, and internal team members to keep projects organized and moving forward. We are open to candidates with strong data entry, office administration, or customer service experience who are eager to learn! Comprehensive training on industry-specific processes and software will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Data Entry & System Management:
Accurately enter and maintain customer, project, and work order information in company systems (ServiceTitan).
Project & Order Tracking:
Monitor project timelines, material availability, and job statuses. Follow up on scheduling delays, incomplete orders, or missing paperwork.
Scheduling & Support:
Assist with scheduling installations, service appointments, deliveries, and return trips. Coordinate with warehouse and field teams to ensure supplies are ready prior to job starts.
Document Processing:
Prepare, process, and track basic project documentation, including pay applications, purchase orders, permits, lien waivers, and certificates of insurance as needed.
Communication:
Provide clear, professional, and timely communication via phone and email with builders, property managers, homeowners, and field staff.
Qualifications & Skills Data Entry & Office Skills:
Strong, accurate data entry skills and high attention to detail.
Software Proficiency:
Comfortable navigating computers, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and learning new software platforms.
Organization:
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills with the ability to multitask.
Communication:
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability:
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new administrative and construction coordination procedures. Preferred (But Not Required) Experience Experience with ServiceTitan software. Prior experience in new construction, home services, trades, or property management coordination. Familiarity with purchase orders, basic billing, lien waivers, or permits. Candidate Profile The right candidate is dependable, highly detailed, and eager to learn. Whether you bring direct construction experience or a solid background in data entry and general office administration, you should be comfortable managing details, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of your tasks.

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
