Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, be able to prioritize, and have a high attention to detail. This position requires working as a team with our office manager to ensure smooth and efficient running of our company's office. Alternating Saturdays and professional appearance required. An Associate's Degree is required. Responsibilities Receives, answers, and screens incoming telephone calls in a caring and compassionate way Types documents and proofreads for accuracy Makes service documents for upcoming services Effectively manages inboxes Uploads documents to websites Data entry into computer databases Keeps track of office supplies and places orders when necessary Skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures Advanced computer, internet, and word processing skills Working knowledge of office equipment, including, printers, copiers, fax machine, etc. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion High level of compassion and integrity Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow instructions Additional Requirements - Previous experience working in a customer focused, professional environment
