BENEFITS QUESTIONS Description This is a responsible level of clerical and technical work in assisting the Administration department. Work involves performing moderately complex clerical and technical tasks that relieve the department of various administrative details. The Intern must exercise considerable initiative and sound judgment in performing office and administrative duties and in keeping informed of departmental policies, rules, and regulations. Examples of Duties This list may not include all tasks and/or knowledge which may be expected of the employee, nor does it cover all specific duties which may be required. Other duties may be assigned.- Handle general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings and basic office duties.
- Screen incoming calls and e-mails; provide information on routine inquiries; takes necessary information and messages and refers to the appropriate person and/or department.
- Ability to handle general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality, perform duties in a professional manner, be punctual for work with excellent attendance.

Junior or Senior in college with coursework in applicable Legal studies. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.Certificates or Licenses:
