Join our team as an Admin Assistant in Product Lifecycle Management, where you'll play a vital role in supporting product transitions and ensuring operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading retailer in the beauty industry. Responsibilities Assist in managing product lifecycle by completing necessary documentation and updating planograms. Maintain SKU information, ensuring accurate updates and compliance at both brand and item levels. Provide operational support with a focus on detail and effective communication regarding category transitions. Initiate and manage return processes, collaborating with brands and buyers for resolution. Execute clearance markdowns and maintain visibility into operational processes. Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory, merchandising, or product lifecycle management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Creative problem-solving abilities and professionalism in all interactions. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, SAP, SAP Hana, Power BI, and Tableau. Experience in a fast-paced retail or beauty environment. Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a strong work ethic.
