- $21 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Tuition reimbursement Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Interpersonal skills English Driver's License Organizational skills Full Job Description The Leasing Assistant plays a key role in supporting leasing operations, tenant relations, and association management functions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants via phone, or emails and messages through property management system
- Assist in scheduling property showings and manage leasing inquiries
- Process applications, screenings
- Assist in lease preparation, and renewals
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for the Leasing Agents
- Prepare necessary documentation required for the Leasing Agents (move-in, move-out packages, etc.)
- Address tenant questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Projects Owner & Internal Communication
- Maintain accurate records and notes within property management software
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications
- Honest, motivated, and people-oriented professional
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Prior property management or association management experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong system and process skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay:
$18.00- $21.
