The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for determining efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our product and serves as a liaison between customers and vendors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Service existing accounts. Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions. Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process. Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers. Cultivate and grow customer base. Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required and other duties assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma and/or equivalent. Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external. Excellent Customer Service skills Experience with PVF and MRO supplies preferred Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills. Work closely with other departments or business units. Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
