Non-Exempt Reports to: Director, Sponsoring Institutions Projects The following describes the various aspects of the designated job. Some or all of these aspects may be changed over time, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of the ACGME. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States (US) on a full-time basis. The ACGME will not provide employment sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B Visa or other US employment authorization).
JOB OVERVIEW
Under direction, the Accreditation and Recognition Administrator supports the work of accreditation of Sponsoring Institution-based fellowships, recognition of Non-Standard Training, and other Sponsoring Institution programmatic activities. Responsible for various aspects of meeting logistics and coordination, data management and analysis, project management, troubleshooting and improvement of accreditation and recognition software, group process oversight and record-keeping, and verbal and written communications with graduate medical education and health systems leaders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and manages advisory committees to support peer review and development of institutional accreditation and recognition of Non-Standard Training (NST). Supports the administration of Sponsoring Institution processes, including organizational changes, name changes of ACGME-accredited programs, and development of documents and templates. Documents, reviews, and posts Institutional Review Committee decisions related to NST recognition and SI-Based fellowships, including actions and letters of notification in ADS. Maintains files and filing systems for SI-based fellowships and NST recognition. Gathers and analyzes institutional accreditation and recognition data for use in process improvement and education. Plans, implements, and monitors improvements to Sponsoring Institution processes in the ACGME's Accreditation Data System (ADS) in collaboration with Sponsoring Institution team members and user groups. Organizes the Institutional Coordinator Workshop, educational content on Learn, and other outreach and educational activities and special project initiatives related to institutional accreditation and recognition as assigned by the Director, Sponsoring Institution Projects. Coordinates routine meetings, including the confirmation and communication of meeting dates and times and the preparation of meeting agendas. Coordinates logistics of meetings held in the ACGME Conference Center, including meeting room set-up, catering, hotel accommodations, IT support, group meals, remote and in-person participation, and preparation and distribution of agendas and other documents. Responds to basic inquiries from Sponsoring Institutions and other external constituents, and answers questions about fellowship and recognition requirements, policies, procedures, and data submissions. Writes, edits, and proofreads communications regarding Sponsoring Institution-based fellowships, institutional recognition, and other Sponsoring Institution projects. Transfers PowerPoint slides to the appropriate template and edits slides to align with departmental and ACGME standards in preparation for courses. Reviews and updates web page content and other online information. Serves as the primary point of contact to Sponsoring Institution volunteers for questions relating to accessing the ACGME reimbursement system and preparing expense reports for payment. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study Three years' experience as an institutional/residency/fellowship program coordinator or five years of administrative support in a health-related area. Basic computer skills, including using the internet, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office 365 suite, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Preferred Master's degree in a relevant field of study. Knowledge of the ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS). Special events experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL SETS, AND ABILITIES

Skilled in working under tight timelines and comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and demonstrated flexibility. Superior organizational and workflow management skills. Strong communication skills with a demonstrated customer-oriented approach to both internal and external communication. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an understanding of basic graphic design principles. Basic data management and statistical analysis skills. Ability to process existing and new information and apply information to novel situations. Ability to use, disseminate, and interpret data in reports. Ability to apply and use meeting technology, including remote meeting technology, to facilitate in-person, remote, and hybrid meetings, as well as educational sessions and other communications. Ability to maintain detailed timelines with multiple workstreams, to prioritize tasks, and to uphold the values of personal and team accountability and transparency to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to maintain detailed project notes and archival systems to ensure notes and other project materials are readily available to Sponsoring Institution team members.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS
This position is based in a typical office environment with no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands. Most of the work performed is normally done in the ACGME office and/or home office with the typical physical demands of an office environment.
