Looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! At Band and Wire, we believe in delivering top-notch dental care with seamless administrative support. Responsibilities Answering phone calls, scheduling patients, collecting payments and performing other administrative tasks Assist with dental billing, including insurance claims submission, payment posting, and follow-up. Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients. Handle inquiries from patients and insurance companies regarding billing and claims. Maintain accurate records of billing and financial transactions. Requirements Dental office experience is required for consideration Proven experience in customer service Knowledge and experience in dental scheduling, billing and insurance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Perks of joining our team Competitive salary and benefits package.
